I don’t know about y’all, but I love cufflinks. Cufflinks are not so boring anymore. You can find them in almost any shape, size, and color you could ever imagine. I think that this is an awesome idea for a wedding gift to your groom and groomsmen. A fun, unique cufflink is something he will always keep and will be something he could use again. Not to mention, the one you could get him is probably so much better than the pair that comes with the rented tux! 🙂

There is something so classic and timeless about a simple strand of pearls or a pendant necklace. But for the more funky, edgy, fashion-forward bride, those simple strands just aren’t enough. A bright, beaded necklace is so fun and definitely ties colors together. I am so in love with these! Every bride should try these with their dress! You might be surprised by how much you love them 🙂

Love me a parasol! I saw the most beautiful yellow one at a shop walking down a street in New Orleans over a year ago that to this day I regret not buying… Whether utilitarian for providing shade or just for some whimsy, they are a fun piece of decor that always make for great photos!

Flowers are nice but cake toppers are AWESOME! Cake toppers are a fun way to express you and your fiance’s personalities. I love going to weddings where the bride and groom have cute figurines that either represent them as an individual or them as a couple. I know that I am a monstrous fan of El Dia de Los Muertos. There is a good possibility there might be a skeleton bride and groom on my wedding cake. A cake topper is definitely something that, as a couple, you can keep forever to remember all the wonderful memories of your wedding day, and your yummy cake!! 🙂

Hello everyone!
We started off the week in Schulenberg and Weimar, Texas for Jessica and Jeremy’s wedding. The weather pulled a crazy number on us – it was raining most of the day Friday and into Saturday morning, and then all of a sudden, the clouds parted and it turned into a beeeeautiful fall day with nothing but blue skies!
There is something about feathers that I feel like gives a dress a fun and flirty personality. They look great in pictures and definitely are a fabulous party dress for the reception! I like to see feathers used in wedding decor, but when the bride has them on her dress, it definitely has a WOW factor! I personally am a fan of unique wedding dresses. Dresses with plumage definitely have my vote!

Succulents are, in my opinion, some of the coolest plants out there. Seeing them used in wedding decor makes me so happy because they are so beautiful! Succulents can be incorporated into so many aspects of your wedding. Let’s be honest, florists can do just about anything now a days. I really just wish I could grow them so I could have them in my life all the time….
